Method

    Wash radish leaves thoroughly — they often carry grit. Roughly chop.

    Heat 1 tbsp mustard oil to smoking in a wide pan. Reduce to medium-high.

    Add thinly sliced garlic — fry 1 minute until golden. Add dried red chillies.

    Add all the chopped radish leaves at once. Add turmeric.

    Toss on high heat without covering for 5 to 6 minutes until all leaves are wilted, completely cooked and any moisture has evaporated.

    Season with salt.

    Serve immediately with steamed rice or dhedo.
